Dual-division home services company. DTC window installation across 24 metro markets, plus EW Tech Solutions — a white-label vertical SaaS platform for the fenestration industry.

  • EW Tech Solutions. A fully integrated e-commerce and workflow management system for window retailers and installers, licensed on a white-label SaaS basis. Manages the entire commercial workflow — digital storefront, pricing engine, order placement, fulfillment, scheduling, customer communication.
  • Agentic AI roadmap, active 2026. Customer retention & re-engagement, order fulfillment automation, architectural plan interpretation, multi-vendor intelligence layer.
  • Market positioning. The fenestration industry has historically lacked a direct-to-consumer digital commerce capability. EW Tech Solutions addresses a structural gap and creates a natural channel for digital adoption at scale.

Premium kiln-dried firewood DTC brand — fully digital, nationwide, free shipping to any continental US address. Founded as a proof-of-concept for retention compounding inside a single-SKU DTC consumable category.

  • Pipeline. Premium charcoal SKU and restaurant outreach expand the TAM. The repeat customer base compounds annually with effectively zero CAC.
Private Aviation

Levo.

The AI-first operating system for private charter (FAA Part 135). It brings the back office (Levo Ops), the Levo Marketplace and LevoAI™ Flight Availability Matching onto one platform.

  • The wedge: SmartInbox™. An AI-native triage layer that learns the operator's actual judgment patterns. Surfaces the inbound requests that deserve attention out of thousands per day. Sits in front of LevoAI™ Flight Availability Matching, which scores aircraft availability against charter requests.
  • The Agentic Mesh — abOS, our agentic business operating system, in active development inside Levo. The target: four collaborating agents that take a charter from inbound request to confirmed booking: Perception (intent, urgency, memory — building on SmartInbox™), Sourcing (operator schedules, probabilistic ranking — building on LevoAI™ Flight Availability Matching), Negotiation (agent-to-agent dealmaking within set limits), and Transaction (Part 135 checks, document verification, end-to-end booking).

Equipio.

Purpose-built, AI-native dual-sided marketplace for equipment rental in film, TV, and event production. SmartInbox™ runs against RFQ packets here — the same module that powers Levo's broker triage, retrained on Equipio's vertical-specific data.
